Discover a new shampoo that targets hair loss at the root cause, using Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF), Saw Palmetto and Biotin, for optimal results.

Leading hair loss brand HR23+ has been busy recently, with the release of its latest treatment to their existing line of products. Their Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo becomes the fourth product in their range, adding to their hugely popular supplement, the KGF topical serum, and last year’s addition, the scalp therapy cream.

This newly developed shampoo is the first of its kind, combing epidermal growth factor (EGF) with saw palmetto, green tea, biotin, and nettle leaf, to help prevent unnecessary hair loss, and support the function of healthy hair growth.

What is Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF)?

Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) is a naturally occurring protein molecule that plays a crucial role in cell growth, proliferation, and differentiation. It is a signalling molecule, or growth factor, that helps regulate various cellular processes in the body.

EGF was first discovered in the early 1960s by Dr. Stanley Cohen and Dr. Rita Levi-Montalcini, who were awarded the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1986 for their ground-breaking work on EGF. They identified EGF as a factor that stimulates the growth of epidermal (skin) cells and nerve cells.

Epidermal Growth Factor for Hair Growth

Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) has garnered interest in the field of hair growth and hair loss treatment due to its potential role in stimulating hair follicle growth and regeneration.

However, it’s important to note that while there is some research suggesting EGF’s potential in this regard, it is not yet a widely established or FDA-approved treatment for hair loss.

Here’s what we know about EGF and its potential role in promoting hair growth:

EGF and Hair Follicles

EGF receptors are present in hair follicles, and some studies have suggested that EGF may play a role in the regulation of hair follicle development and the hair growth cycle.

Cell Proliferation

EGF is known to promote cell proliferation and tissue regeneration, which could theoretically be beneficial for hair follicles. It may stimulate the proliferation of cells in the hair follicle, leading to thicker and healthier hair.

Wound Healing

EGF’s role in wound healing may indirectly benefit hair growth. It can help repair and regenerate damaged skin, which is relevant for conditions like alopecia areata or other forms of hair loss that result from inflammation or damage to the scalp.

Cosmetic Products

Some cosmetic products and hair growth serums claim to contain EGF or other growth factors as ingredients to promote hair growth. However, the efficacy of these products can vary, and their claims may not always be supported by rigorous scientific evidence.

Research and Clinical Trials

Research on the use of EGF for hair growth is ongoing, and there have been some promising findings in animal studies and small-scale human trials. However, larger, well-controlled clinical trials are needed to establish its safety and effectiveness for treating hair loss in a broader population.

Potential Side Effects

As with any treatment, there can be potential side effects or risks associated with the use of EGF. It’s essential to consult with a healthcare professional before using any product containing EGF, especially if you have underlying medical conditions or are taking medications.

About the new Hair Growth Shampoo

HR23+® presents a first of its kind anti hair loss shampoo that tackles the devastating effects of hair loss at the root cause. This highly potent, yet safe shampoo, is designed to help reduce the effects of thinning hair, and enhance the texture and density of hair strands. This shampoo works deep, at the root cause of baldness, adding an extra dimension to your hair care plan.

HR23+® Anti Hair Loss Shampoo uses EGF with the antiandrogen saw palmetto, in an attempt to help stump hair loss, paving the way for normal hair growth. The anti-inflammatory properties in nettle leaf extract and pumpkin seed oil can help block the formation of DHT, thus reducing hair fall, and supporting the growth of hair. The well-renowned hair growth agent, biotin (Vitamin B7) was added to help boost the formation of healthier, faster, and stronger growing hair.

HR23+® Anti Hair Loss Shampoo is safe, free from negative side-effects, and is compatible with HR23+® Hair Restoration Supplement, and HR23+ Scalp Therapy Serum.

How to use the shampoo

It is recommended to use this shampoo around 1-2 times a week, and as a precautionary measure, do not use this shampoo if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Simply apply onto wet hair, lather into the scalp, leave in for 3-5 minutes, and then wash out.

What to expect from using HR23+® Anti Hair Loss Shampoo

Realistically, with continued use of the shampoo, you can expect a reduction of excessive shedding, more hair density and volume, and an increase in the speed of hair growth.

It should be noted that this product is not a cure for hair loss. This product will not regrow hair where the follicles were lost. This product is more effective when used with HR23+ Supplement and/or KGF Serum.

Directions for use: Apply to wet hair, lather into the scalp using circular motions, and leave in for 3-4 minutes. Then wash out.
